Less than a month.
I'm in trouble.
I hope all this torturous studying will be over soon.
Looking forward to go Singapore Poly next year.
Anyone interested?
Right, all the best to all my Form5 friends for SPM.

Badminton!
To Adeline, Kim, Chin Fang, Jon, Sean and Reuben.
Thanks for accompanying me for badminton today. Had fun with you all!
A tiring day for me indeed. Walked to me church from Jusco Bukit Indah because there were no bus. Thanks Sean =.=
Luckily the weather was not too hot. If not I would end up in the hospital just now due to heat exhaustion and profuse sweating. Sounds gross, I know.
It's kind of pathetic when you have already got your driving license but you are not allowed to drive. Troublesome! Besides, I'm only allowed to drive alone after next year's Chinese New Year! Is like so freaking long. Argh.
Maybe I need to gain my parents' trust because I'm still a beginner. In addition, there is only one car available.
Oh, I almost saw an accident when I drove to Sutera Utama for dinner just now. It was just a few metres away from me. My first time driving at night, a great feeling but more pressurized. It's not as easy as driving in daylight.
Alright, got to sleep already. All the best to Kimberly and Wen li for Undang Test later. Hope you all pass and proceed to the next round. Haha, sounds like a game.
Good luck to all form 5s who will be taking SPM which is just around the corner.
Nights and Cheers! :)

Stupid man
Right, so I can drive my parents car already. But only near my housing area.
My dad told my mum to let me drive by passing by all the traffic lights. Okay, no short cuts.
Fine.
I've to use the longer way. There was a point when a car was approaching and i had to brake because there were all these inconsiderate neighbors who parked their car on the side of the road. These people are mentally retarded as they can parked their car inside their porch, instead they chose to be greedy, selfish and inconsiderate.
Back to the braking part, so another car was behind me. Then he hon me. Fcuk. He BLIND or what. I sticked my P sticker on the front and the back of the car yesterday and yet he hon me.
Basket, not only that, he looked at me and raised up his hand. Fuh, blood pressure increased. Got nagged by my mum. Normal la.
By the way, the guy looked like Mr Halim (my form 4 Bio teacher). I'm sure Mr Halim wouldn't be so selfish and act like that stupid man. Ass.
Got to practice more on this Altis. I preferred auto. hee.

138
Okay, I'm back to blog after the hellish trials for about 10 days.
So after Chemistry and Physics Paper 3 on Monday, I went to Perling for my driving test.
Jon, Sean and I walked to the bus stop and waited for approximately 20 minutes till a Perling bus arrived. Heng ah, luckily there's PLENTY of Tun Aminah bus (though most of them are old, at least MORE than Perling). Students are supposed to line up and walk up the bus in an orderly manner, but because there's so little Perling bus till they have to rush in the bus like small kids. To go with the flow, I became one of them. haha
Saw Ko Yi Ning (pai seh, I don't know how to spell her name) from Convent, doubt she didn't recognise the weirdo who said hi to her. Okay, back to the journey to Perling. Went down with Jethro and headed to the Berjaya. Yea, Berjaya in English is Pass. But why there are people who Fail? Sad case.
When I reached the canteen, many ah bengs were looking at me. They might be thinking that this innocent looking kid will sure fail his driving test. I quickly went in the toilet and get changed.
Then my instructor brought me to my sit. Everyone was wearing a blue tag while i looked so Lost. Curious, I gathered my courage and walked to the counter. EVERYONE was looking at me, I was damn positive wei. Then I asked one ah pek in charge, he asked me to sit down and wait. Felt so embarrassed and went back to my sit.
Then Ellena and Yubei came. They sat behind me and don't know what were they doing as my mind was full of stuff. Luckily I managed to calm down and waited patiently. I got number 138 (in cantonese means prosperity for the whole eternity). cool eh. haha
After about 1 hour, I was in action. Route B. Yea babe, i preferred this route as I was more familiarized with it. Went in the car, greet the examiner who was wearing mask (maskman). Did those checkings etc etc.
Then reversed. Fuh, scared man. I wasn't use to the clutch and all. Luckily I managed to reverse without the car breaking down. The maskman asked me to turn back to Berjaya. Yes, I only travelled about half of the route.
16 out of 20. Pass. But I know I deserved more than that as I did not do any mistakes. Then going up bukit, pass la. Side parking, failed at first. The JPJ guy asked me to pull handbrake and sent his henchman (an Indian guy from Berjaya) to check whether I enter the box a not. From their angle, it was considered as fail but in the end i won! haha. The Indian guy said okay to the JPJ guy but he's a freaking stubborn. He came down to check for himself and walked away in a 'pek chek' mood. He let me off. haha. 3 Point Turn, pass la.
Overall Pass. haha. Ellena and Yubei also passed. Cool stuff.
Went for badminton today. Shiok sia. Wen han, Shem, Gwee and I went to Larkin and met up with a few SSI pros. But we also quite good la, not very noob. haha. Then when the SSI guys left, we played singles and doubles. I will make mistakes whenever I'm under pressure. Shit, if I was able to control my fear, I wouldn't repeat the mistakes over and over again. Though I lost most of the time, I knew that there was improvement. Made some successful dives and didn't lose points was satisfying.
Got my P license today also, and went to fetch my sis back from tuition. Damn, auto car is so different from manual. I panicked when my mum shouted at me, because I did not turn the sterring in an accurate angle. A mixture of nervous and fun.
To those who haven't take the driving class and test, congrats because my instructor said Berjaya will change their cars to Viva. They wouldn't be using Kancil anymore because "Kancil boleh gigit orang", a quote from my KPP teacher, Cik Haslizan. Haha.
This coming satuday will be EC St John's AGM. 5 years in St John already, time flies so fast.
I didn't achive some of my goals in St John. Haiz, sad la.
Will update about the AGM. Ciao

Daylight Robbery..only once in a blue moon
This is one of the most rare moments i experienced when I'm in my room.
At approximately 2pm today, I was doing my add maths work when I felt there's an animal walking around outside. A man with white shirt walking on the roof. Well, I was too bored so I took out my camera and started taking pictures.
Robbery, that's what I thought at that moment. Observe this pictures below:
They are trying to enter the next house. Greedy robbers.
Mr White Shirt Guy is happy with whatever he's doing.

No mercy to plants too. I wondered what will happen to me if I was there. Probably I will end up in the hospital with no arms and legs anymore.
Then Mr White Shirt Guy caught me taking pictures. I was like 'oh shit, he saw me. Damn, will he climb up my house and attack me?'
Then he stared at me for a long 30 seconds and finally said "Oi, what u looking at? Please don't call the police. How about this, I show you 2 magic tricks and you pretend that you did not see anything, okay?' (in mandarin)
I agreed. He chopped of a tree branch and put it on the roof.
And Poof, he turned the branch to flame! Cool stuff eh..
I was entertained to the max wei. So the next magic trick, his partner did another trick.
Check it out, by throwing a tree branch to his direction, he became half naked!
Haha. What if Alex possessed such skills to perform this magic trick? Many girls will be screaming i guess..haha..(Alex dont scold me yea)

Mr White Shirt Guy showed off. Cheh. So action. haha.
I threw 2 cans of drinks to them and told them i was looking forward to seeing them again next time, with more magic tricks. haha.

Okay, first confirm H1N1 case in EC. Rahul from 3 Cendekis is in ICU now.
Nash Teo got mc for 3 days while Amirul sitting between Nash and I got mc for 5 days.
I'm still fine. haha.
Derreck, who's sitting behind Amirul not feeling well also.
Some nice st jon group pictures below:

Lastly, Happy Birthday in advance to Jethro Lim Yong Shen, my boss in st jon. haha.

That is all for now. chao

Mighty Minds 09
Supposingly 60 teams took part, however 2 schools did not turn up. EC sent two teams for each category, which were F123 and F4f5.
So Mr Lim, accompanying teacher for my team (f4f5) consisting of Ashwin, Amirul and I were to be in front of Mcd at 9 am. The captain of EC and my team, Amirul reached there at 9.45 am. Very punctual indeed. Another team which consist of Sean, Irwin and Jian Qin were well-dressed with the blazer of EC.
Round 1. Quiz on Science, Maths and General Knowledge. 20 questions. So my team got 4th out of 58 teams. My team got 17/20 questions correct, so that's a good start. However, Sean's team got 35th place and did not make it to Round 2. Sad case. Both EC's teams for F123 got the same marks which were 17/20. Great achivement. So EC was down with 3 teams.
Round 2. Those F123 participants were instructed to design a human eyeball and to show that an image was formed on the retina. Both teams made it to top5. Good Job.
My team's turn. F4f5 were instructed to design a projector using convex len/lenses to magnify the word 'Mighty Minds' on the screen. And catastrophe took place. It all went well at first, where we discussed the design and me drawing the design on a piece of paper. Then comes the part where we tried MANY times figuring out where to place the convex lenses and object to form a clear and magnified image on the screen. We spent too much time on that.
If we took the Hints from the judges (which will deduct 20 marks), we need not to think the concept already.
If we did the set up of apparatus, we will at least get some marks.
Bue the thing was we did not finish up the design and left the materials as if they were 'dead'. Amirul (the undertaker) took a manila card (clothe) to cover the materials (dead body).
Epic failure to the max. Though most of the teams did not get the final image done, they managed to finish up the set up of the design. It was all Physics actually. If they were to provide
concave and convex lenses, my team would be able to make it to the Top 5 as I remembered the positions of the lenses and the object. But Lady Luck was not on my side.
In a nutshell, being smart will not make you great. Because no one is perfect and God created everyone differently. Students who are smart will not be good in hands on activities while vice versa to those who are just average in studies.
All the best to all conventies who will be having formative 2 on the 20th of July, especially those who are in Form 5. Till next time.
